Jumping Lunges (20,18,16,14,12,10,8,6,4,2) and Burpees! (10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1) You are alternating each technique and going down in number by 2 lunges and 1 burped each round. Time yourself and record your best time! I got 7 Mins 45 Secs! I was SO tired! haha and my legs are already killing me!
20 Jumping Lunges
10 Burpees
19 Jumping Lunges
9 Burpees
18 Jumping Lunges
8 Burpees
and continue on.
If jumping lunges are too intense for you just begin to do REGULAR lunges. There is a video on MY INSTAGRAM @BrigitteDoesHair if you have any questions about the movements!
