This is basically a habit now! I WANT to eat this food and now crave it! I really don't think much about crap food anymore and if I do I just think I'll be able to eat it on our cheat meal! So it isn't this haunting food item in my mind! YAY! Here is Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner for TODAY!
Bfast: Sausage and Farm Fresh Scrambled Eggs!
Lunch: I made this into a Chicken Salad! Spinach, Free Range Chicken Sautéed in lemon juice and Raspberry Vinaigrette
Dinner: Beef Roast, Peppers, Cabbage, and homemade salsa! I just mixed it all together and ate it like a salad! It was yummy!
CRAVING DESSERT! So I looked up a PALEO STRAWBERRY, BANANA CHEESECAKE.. It satisfied the need of cheesecake pretty well! I made up my own recipe too... it's SUPER EASY!
This is the CRUST! : Just 1 1/2 cups of Coconut Flour , 6 Tablespoons Coconut Oil and 3 Tablespoons Raw Honey!
THE FILLING! : 1 1/2 cups Sunflower seed Butter, 6 Tblsp Coconut Oil, 1 tsp fresh Lemon Juice, 1 tsp Vanilla extract, 1/4 cup of Raw Honey, 1 banana, 2 cups of strawberries BLEND IN BLENDER!
POUR filling into crust pan and put in freezer for 1-2 hours and then SERVE! It tasted great to us! Hope you enjoy!
