It's seriously so nice now because I feel so good and I don't feel like I am on a diet anymore! I recommend this change to anyone! I literally feel like a new woman! Here's what I ate yesterday and today! AND MY BEFORE AND AFTER PICS FOR LAST WEEK! I'm getting closer to my goal so the pounds won't be shedding off as quickly as before but I am STILL happy with the results! It is amazing what food can do! That is why I love our business! We still feed people enough food we just give them exactly what they need to get the results that they want!
Bfast! Eggs and chorizo!
Lunch: Corn tortillas, wild rice. steak skirt, green peppers, and homemade salsa!
Dinner: Free Range Chicken and dried veggies
Bfast: Sirloin steak and Red poatoes
Lunch: Salmon, Brown rice, asparagus
Dinner: Brown Rice , Steamed Broccoli, Ribeye Steak
Before and After 1 Week! I am now 130 lbs! when I was 134 lbs the week before! You can see it in my mid section and back really well!
