Day 4! And I already want to cheat! haha! But I can do this! You can do this too if you are on a diet or doing our diet! You got this! This isn't a diet, its a lifestyle.. that's what I keep telling myself and I keep saying to myself that I just have to get through today... But today's meals were yummy! Here they are! Bfast: Scrambled eggs, peppers, onions sautéed in olive oil!
Lunch! I actually was inspired by a company @duronicmedia they had a smoothie idea that i remembered I made similar when I worked at a smoothie shop ( ooh yah baby!) so I thought I would make one of those! It turned out delicious!
Recipe:
4oz. unsweetened almond milk
1 banana
4 strawberries
handful of blueberries
handful spinach/kale
3 tbsp almond butter
1 scoop whey protein
6 ice cubes
and blend! enjoy!!!
Ben said this was my "cheat meal" ... no way jose! I'll show you a cheat meal;)
Dinner: grilled free range chicken, tomatoes, and butternut squash!
