Party on! I have been SO busy! I apologize for not putting pics up sooner! So I have my before and after for Week 3-4 I lost 2 lbs! and It is a minimal difference but it still a difference! And this diet is not too shabby! I am enjoying it now! Ben and I actually eat the same food now haha!
Day 2! Breakfast Lunch and Dinner!
Bfast: Eggs and Bacon Bites!
Lunch: Chicken Thigh and Sweet Potato Fries!
Dinner: Had a BBQ! SO delicious! Shrimp and Ribeye with some grilled Peppers and Onion!
DAY 3!
Breakfast: Large Sausage and Eggs!
Lunch! Iceberg Lettuce Salad and Beef Roast!
Dinner: Beef Roast Tacos on Corn Tortillas and Iceberg Lettuce and Homemade Salsa! (I love tacos if you can't tell!)
DAY 4!
Bfast: Smoothie! Banana, Raw Living Foods Chocolate Protein, Cashew Butter, Strawberries, Blueberries, Unsweetened Almond Milk, and Spinach!
Lunch: Steak, Eggs, Red Potato and Sriracha!
Dinner: We did a Stir fry idea with peppers, onions, and jalepenos served over grilled chicken!
DAY 5!
Breakfast: Eggs and Asparagus!
Lunch: Dried Veggies and Grilled Chicken with Paleo BBQ sauce!
Dinner: Breakfast for Dinner! Eggs and Sausage! A good ol' classic!
MY AFTER PICS! After week 3! I lost 2 more pounds! So I am now 128 lbs! Woot Woot! doing pretty good! And Loving the food now!
He saw me posing facing the wall so he thought he would try it! (Haha)
Those little love handles are the last to go.. dang it! But I feel great and I mean I just had a baby 4.5 weeks ago! So not too shabby!
