End of Week 5 Afters

WOO HOO! 5 down 1 more to go (Less then one now!) I am so excited! I have already lost almost 30 LBS in 5 WEEKS! It feels really nice to just lose the weight now instead of later! With my first baby I did NOT lose my weight nearly as fast! I was at 145 lbs for the LONGEST time (At least until he was about 6 months) And then I buckled down and lost the remaining weight! I'll show you pics soon! But for this transformation Week 1 I was 152 LBS and my weight for week 5 was 124.5 LBS ! And even scale weight doesn't matter a lot of the time! You can actually lose weight and gain muscle which makes you believe you didn't lose weight when really, muscle just weighs more! SO! Scale weight isn't everything! Because this next week I will probably not lose very much scale weight because I am working out now so it will be more body fat turning into muscle! Even better!

I had a few questions about this Banana Bread Recipe I made the other day! Here it is!

So the other Paleo Banana Breads I made weren't very moist so I typed in super moist Paleo bread and created my own recipe from one off of TealandLime.com

Ingredients: 

2 cup Almond Flour

1/2 Tbsp cinnamon

1/4 Cup Raw Honey

1/2 Cup Water

1 tsp Almond Extract

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

2 Ripe Bananas

If you want cocoa bread add 1/2 cup Cocoa and I also added Enjoy Life Chocolate chips! (They are soy free! still super yummy!)

1. Pre-heat Oven to 350 Degrees and Line pan with parchment paper.

2. Mix together dry ingredients and then add wet ingredients!

3. Pour into pan!

4. Bake 45-50 minutes and let cool and ENJOY!
